TEC 40 COURSE
The Tec 40 course is the first subdivision of the full PADI Tec Deep Diver course and consists of the first four dives.
You’ll learn the knowledge and skills required to use decompression software and dive computers to plan and make decompression dives with no more than 10 minutes of total decompression and not deeper than 40 metres and use a single cylinder of decompression gas with up to 50 percent oxygen (EANx50) to add conservatism to the required decompression. You will begin using a twinset so you get comfortable for the rest of your tec adventure.
You must be a PADI Advanced Open Water (or equal certification from other organisation), be a Nitrox diver, deep diver, have a minimum of 30 logged dives, of which at least 10 were made using Nitrox and have a medical form signed by your physician.
3 days, 4 dives.
